MyFootieSite.com will provide your club with a free website, as long as you agree to the following:

- Websites will not contain pornographic or offensive images of any type
- You will not modify your website or subsequent CSS stylesheets so that advertisements are hidden or are otherwise modified/obscured from view
- Images stored on our servers may be modified or deleted at any time at the discretion of MyFootieSite staff
- Users will not attempt to upload any other files to the MyFootieSite servers other than the allowed JPG, GIF and PNG files
- Your website will always be property of MyFootieSite.com and can be modified or removed at any time
- MyFootieSite will not be liable for any damage cause to a client's computer due to the misuse of CSS stylesheets. All users are responsible for checking CSS before using it on their site.
- MyFootieSite does not have a designated disk space/bandwidth limit, but may impose such features in the future
- This document may be changed at any time, however site Administrators will be informed of any changes via the e-mail address used during registration
- MyFootieSite will periodically send e-mails to site Administrators
- MyFootieSite cannot always 100% guarantee the security of username/password combinations. It is best practise to use a unique combination for this website
- MyFootieSite will check websites for inactivity. Such websites may be subject to deletion.

MyFootieSite.com's Pro Subscibers will adhere to the same Terms as mentioned above, but are exempt from having advertisements placed on their sites.

Any domain registered by a Pro Subscriber will be the property of MyFootieSite.com and registered under the staff's details. Domains will only be redirected to your site's "Default.aspx" page
